Buffalo Charcoal and Gas Combo BBQ Compatible with 57cm Grid-in-Grid System

This ingenious charcoal and gas combo BBQ grill combines the characteristics of charcoal flavour with the benefits of a gas grill. An American-style combo with two separate fire trays to satisfy all your wishes. Both trays benefit from built-in lid thermometers. The charcoal tray features: - a 4kW ignition burner to safely take care of lighting your charcoal; - a four step adjustable charcoal grid enables you to simply change the distance between the coals and grill rack to control the cooking temperature; - a slide out ash tray for ease of emptying. The gas tray: - has three 2.9kW burners with electric ignition and flame tamers for better heat distribution; - heats up quickly and can easily be regulated; - with three burners, you can establish separate cooking zones to cook different foods simultaneously; - has a grease collection pot suspended beneath the tray. The double walled stainless steel lids can be closed over the cast iron cooking grids, if required, trapping heat and focusing it on the food so it cooks evenly, whilst retaining its succulence. There is also a generous enamelled warming rack in each tray. Both cooking grids are in three parts, where a circular piece lifts out of the centre, enabling you to insert a choice of optional accessories (the Grid-in-Grid System). Choose from a cast iron cooking grid (sear your food, obtaining perfect grill marks), cast iron pan (great for everything fried, be it eggs, onions or potatoes), pizza stone (ideal for bread, pizza or tarte flambée) or even a wok (for Asian inspired dishes). Well constructed with quality materials, the "Buffalo" benefits from powder-coated side panels and enamelled fire bowls. The trolley is also powder-coated, with a cupboard for your gas bottle, two storage shelves, a bottle opener, utensil hooks and is fitted with four swivel casters, for easy manoeuvrability of this goliath of a BBQ.
